Providing a customer based service within the hotel, areas include reception, bar and restaurant.
I've learnt how to interact with customers using different techniques.
I really enjoy my programme it's very informative.
I'm never confused or stuck to find anything out.
My employer has been very supportive and provides all tools needed to complete.
My trainer is absolutely amazing. Any time I need anything work related she is always on hand to assist.
It provides me with useful information that I can use on a day 2 day basis... Everything I learn I always implement it into my role.

Training is always available and progression is expected which makes you work towards that..
Everybody is treated as an individual so my advice would be is to just be yourself.
