Yes I have learnt how to join fibres together and how to safely work around fibre. I've definitely enhanced my communication and team working skills
I couldn't be happier with the programme and the support I get from my managers and coaches is next to none
Very well organised, all NVQ days are announced with plenty of notice and the feed back is well put
Plenty, if I need any support it is always there
The support I receive is out standing, our work is marked quickly and the feed back is clear and concise
I feel it helps me greatly, the skills are easily transferred to the role and this is noticed by my superiors.
yes there have been a few that have been offered. For example there is a program that allows you to train with the military for a few days.
Yes
Best employer I have worked for. The career progression is endless and support from other employees and managers is great.
