Learnt more about VoIP Better communication skills as i have been communicating with customers
i enjoyed some aspects of the programme as i was able to pick up new skills and meet mew people
it got better as the apprenticeship continued
I was able to take time out to study every week so i was well supported
I am not sure we received much support from the training provide as we mostly received support from our in house apprentice coaches
The qualifications that I completed are not closely linked with my day-to-day job

Its a good place to develop skills are it is easy to move around the business
