My role requires me to do reception shifts, so a customer service role. Also I carry out managerial jobs such as pay roll, rotas, financial reports, health and saftey checks
I am realised I knew stuff that I doubt myself on and have built in confidence
I am starting to enjoy it more as the months go on
It is better now but before when there was the transition it was a long winded process that I really thought I wanted to give up on
She shows interest in how I am performing
I recieve alot we speak every month and if I amd struggling in between visits I know I am able to contact her and she will get to me very quickly
She has increased my confidence and also as she has premier inn experience she knows what she is talking about and can help link it with my day to day tasks

I have worked my way up in the company in the 4 years I have been here I am enjoyed it and also now I feel with doing the apprenticeship I feel I am further my education why working as I never went to university
