My day to day job role involvrs dealing with customers, handling stock and cash, running a store and hitting our sales. I deal with admin and deliveries. I deal with phone calls and legal requirements.
Yes i have, i have learnt more about managing staff and a lot more about leadership. I have also learnt alot about what a manager is and what a leader is.
I do enjoy my programme but i find theres a lot of work to do before other tasks have been signed off and completed.
I find the questions are too wordy, i think they should be slighty easier for you to understand.
I have had a lot of support from my manager and area manager.
Yes i can contact my trainer at anytime of the day for help.
It has shown me that there are lots of different ways how to handle my team.

I would tell them to elaborate a lot with their answers in the interview, and tell them to make a good impression in to helping the business and community to grow.
