Increase in self-confidence and plenty of communication skills
The programme itself is enjoyable, however I need more work to do regularly. The pacing seems slow.
Fairly well. Just a lot of gaps where it feels like there is nothing to do.
Co-op offer and give great support

Hasn't so far. There's perhaps been knowledge supplied, just not relevant to helping improve a team leader for co-op. Using an open mind, I can feel it being beneficial for the future if I ever leave co-op
