I am a service delivery engineer I deal with customer on a daily basis with completing installs for new phone lines or broadband and also deal with repairing the network
I have leaned a lot of new skills and earned a lot of qualifications in such little time I have spent with the company
I have enjoyed every minute of the my time because it’s something new every day
It is very well organised and structured there is always help when you need it and there is always some one able to point you in the right direction
The support is there if it is needed all you need to do is ask
All the support you need if time out of work is needed to concentrate on nvq then that is provided
It makes me perform better because I have learned a lot more about the company
Yeah we Have our own version of Facebook which is just employees of the company there are also meets ups and events you can take part in
Yes
I would recommend and have recommended openreach to friend and family because since the day I have started I have had support from the company I have been looked after all the resources are there that you need to get the job done
Be yourself don’t let other people’s bad points put a downer on you or the job just go for it and achieve your goals
