I work in Premier Inn on reception. I help provide a good service to guests staying and wanting to stay at our site on a daily basis and ensuring that I follow policies and produces to keep things compliant.
Through the apprenticeship I have developed my knowledge and skills making me on confident in my role and preparing to take the next step.
Yeah enjoy the learning of new skills, how our business operate and developing ways to help our business.
From my experience it was a little tricky at the start when Whitbread changed provider and that process as you can expect was slow, but once it got itself running and you get used to the set up. I found I really enjoyed it.
I have a very supportive line manager that helped in any way that I needed.
I had two amazing trainers throughout my time in the course that helped and supported me.
I helps me understand the workings of the business, allowing me to understand it better in how to manage it and analyse its strengths and weaknesses and see better how to approach improving it.
There are forums that you can get involved in and many charity event available for people to join.
