I do a pension admin apprenticeship. I update member's records, send them retirement and transfer quotes, and settle retirement and death benefits.
Yes, I have learned a huge amount of knowledge on pensions. My confidence has grown since I joined this apprenticeship too.
I have really enjoyed this programme as it has been challenging - which is fun.

Very friendly, helpful and supportive. BW also have so many opportunities to progress in roles too.
Be confident and don't stress as BW make you feel really relaxed and comfortable
