Design and implementing of training programmes & initiatives. Induction of new employees.
I have learnt and developed new skills but some of the way it was taught wasn’t great
It’s been very clear that it’s a new programme and they hide behind this when any flaws are addressed. You are not really kept informed with what is going on so the good bits of the programme seem lost
Really poor communication throughout and some of the content isn’t structured well.
Minimal. My line manager doesn't really know what’s going on and no one keeps them up to date. He’s been to one meeting but he can’t really understand if I am doing well or not. To be honest neither can I
Kept in the dark to be honest about the next step as it seems as they don’t have much clue either.
I think through dedicating more time to research and work on developing my skills through work time has definitely improved my performance.

I would recommend Premium to people. Marstons don’t actually get in contact ever and we are made to feel like outsiders and don’t get included in Marstons so I have no relationship with Marstons what so ever
Not really sure
