I am a shift manager who’s job is to run the crew into a thriving shift of meeting targets and pleasing customers to our best ability.
My customer service skills are more developed and I feel more confident In My job role that I am doing the correct things at all times.
I thoroughly enjoyed the learning side of my programme and knowing that I had the knowledge and skills to enhance every customers experience!
The structure had a few hiccups with organisation, however once corrected everything ran smoothly and I was able to excel to completion.
McDonalds provide a high level of support to all apprentices and allow more than enough time to complete any outstanding work.
My training provider made the effort to visit at least once a month whilst setting me work and goals to complete in between each meeting.
I have more experience meaning I’m able to support a customers needs better.
