  • I am a shift manager who’s job is to run the crew into a thriving shift of meeting targets and pleasing customers to our best ability.

  • My customer service skills are more developed and I feel more confident In My job role that I am doing the correct things at all times.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I thoroughly enjoyed the learning side of my programme and knowing that I had the knowledge and skills to enhance every customers experience!

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The structure had a few hiccups with organisation, however once corrected everything ran smoothly and I was able to excel to completion.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • McDonalds provide a high level of support to all apprentices and allow more than enough time to complete any outstanding work.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provider made the effort to visit at least once a month whilst setting me work and goals to complete in between each meeting.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I have more experience meaning I’m able to support a customers needs better.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There is not really other than the occaisional crew event
