I take lead of the lobby ensuring I greet customers, communicate, solve complaints, help deliver a great experience, hold meetings, plan cleaning and detailing schedules, resolve any ongoing issues.
I have much more of an insight of how the company operates and how important my role is. Its given me more confidence and enabled me to develop my capabilities.
I loved that it pushed me to my limits and made me realise I can be so much better.
Very, I met with my regional trainer frequently and I was able to contact her when ever i needed. Having my own personal mentor also gave me the drive i needed and the support.
I was allocated a full shift every week to do my apprenticeship and a meeting room that I could concentrate in.
So much! When ever I felt needed something explained or reassurance she was there.
Very well, I feel proud of myself and its given me the boost I needed.
I hold charity family days to raise money throughout the, I organise community literacy picks with local schools and I organise team nights out.

The company is great to work for. As a mum, they offered me great hours to suit. Training is ongoing and there's opportunities to go higher. Also offering the apprenticeship is amazing.
Be yourself, ask questions and get involved.
