On a day to day basis, I visit customers to either fix their service or provide a brand new service. I am constantly meeting new customers.
I have built lots more confidence with facing customer challenges and with the whole network itself.
I really enjoyed how the program is set out and that you get 10 days for your NVQ to be completed. I liked that it is in a classroom based area.
It is very structured as we have set units to complete and our assessor is there to help.
When in need, I will reach out for advise and help if necessary.
When we are in need of help we will ask him to help us out.
I feel this strongly as it is a skill I can use in later life.
I have recently been sent an email which will allow me to have 2 days with the army and learn new skills all linked with Openreach.
Yes
I would recommend Openreach to anyone who is willing to learn something new.
Be yourself, do basic research into how the network runs. Show dedication.
