Content is relevant and interesting. Traveling is extremely incentivising Thoroughly enjoy Work load vs available time isn’t great
Clear expectations and understood by apprentice, not so much by employer Large support available
Employer doesn’t grasp full gravity of the course, support is though but sometimes reluctant
McDonalds curriculum is supported because it is understood and deem important. Time to work on assignments and academic work perceived as less important and often requires “begging” to be granted more time
All content is relevant and applicable to my current and future job role
Not outside anything organised by HO
Yes
Only Positive experiences
It’s not a doss, it’s hard work and intense, but the people are great and the development is great
