  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I feel it helps you better understand the concepts that you are being introduced to on a daily basis. It allows you think about why you are doing things and why they are essential to the business. All businesses work different so information will always be presented different which can cause confusion, the qualification helps you understand the foundations and from here you can adapt this to any business and can pick up the concepts easily.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • There are many extra-curricular activities to get involved in, these will vary depending on which office you are in. In the regional offices I know they have rugby teams, I beleive there are many other sports teams you can get involved in. Here in Birmingham we have weekly Yoga classes we can join, we have classes we have access to at a local gym, many Charity and networking events we can attent.
