  • I run the tui shop in my town. Day to day I will be serving customers, reviewing KPIs and figures, People admin such as rotas and setting us up to succeed

  • Travel was new to me so analysing figures also was new skill

  • I enjoy it but it is very time consuming - I dont get the chance to focus on this much in my daily life

  • It is structured

  • None from my line manager but I do get a lot of support from the apprenticeship coach

  • So far i am not seeing the benefits

  • Professional networking events, and also supplier days, and meetigs as well as frequent conference calls
