Learnt SOGEA skills which is a up skill since ive been on which is NDT data line
Enjoyed the programme lots to learn and never stop learning buddying period could of been longer
is structured very well know what your doing and when its planned out as you start so you know what you are doing for the 12 weeks of initial training straight away
Support is good as long as the work stack is not too high but there is always someone on the end of the phone to help
lots of support especially from NVQ assesor
it is a good way of sharing knowledge at study days not all of it relates to the day to day job though
yeah there is quiz nights etc

good company to work for they look after you and try give you as much support as possible
be enthusiastic and willing to learn lots to take in try not get too disheartened as you will not know everything always will keep learning
