  • The programme is well organised despite a change of systems which can set you back a little bit.

  • I receive a fair amount of support from my employer by being bale to add new tasks to my off the job learning, learning new skills, time to learn and help with any questions with my work that i may require.

  • I am able to contact my training provider at any point if i need support during my apprenticeship.

  • My qualification helps me to perform better within my role by adding to my knowledge, which benefits me when it comes to selling holidays.

  • Tui is a well trusted company that can take care of every aspect of a customers holiday for them ensuring that it is a stress free and easy process

  • Be confident when applying and be yourself so that the interview can see your personality and whether you will fit well into that team. It is also important to be knowledgeable as it helps when it comes to dealing with customers.
