I am a modern apprentice and I sell holidays. On a day to day basis I serve customers wether that be taking payment, booking holidays or checking them in.
I have improved my confidence and I have learnt new skills for example I have learnt how to book holidays.
I love the job that I have. my confidence is improving every day and I love learning new things
My programme is very organised
A lot. They are always there if I need them for help and always inspire me to do new things
A lot. I am checked up on and have occasional chats with my apprentaship coach
I feel that I don't necessarily need to do all the tasks I am set to learn as I learn more from doing but they do help a little.
