My role includes customer service and giving customers their best holiday experiences. dealing with changes and working well as a team.
i have learnt many new skills and developed new skills over my time whilst working for tui.
I enjoy my program as i've learnt many new skills and dealing with new things in the industry
its very well organised and well structured so have the support i need
I receive any support i need or ask for someone will always be there to help
I always receive support whenever i need it and need help with the qualification if i get stuck
I feel like it helps massively when serving customers or giving information they need as im learning on the job
we hold educational for people who want to do it and learn more into a destination

they are a great company to work for and really give an insight to the future and how to make customers happy
