My role as a team manager is engaging with colleagues, running a particular arena on a day to day basis to ensure kpis are achieved
I learnt all these skills whilst on the apprenticeship as I was in a completely different job role before and this has led to me being seconded into a team manager role
I enjoyed my programme it made me build on my confidence and my trainer was very helpful and very well structured
My programme was very clear and structured and everything completed in the time frame provided
My employer was on board with the apprenticeship 100% and gave me lots of support
My training provider was brilliant in helping me work towards my qualifications and if I needed and extra support she would arrange an extra tuition lesson
I think without the qualification I wouldn't be the person I am today as I have never felt so comfortable and confident in a job
Yes lots of social events and networking events to get involved in
Yes
The Co op are a good company to work for and have great benefits
Be yourself always and go for it
