  • My role as a team manager is engaging with colleagues, running a particular arena on a day to day basis to ensure kpis are achieved

  • I learnt all these skills whilst on the apprenticeship as I was in a completely different job role before and this has led to me being seconded into a team manager role

  • I enjoyed my programme it made me build on my confidence and my trainer was very helpful and very well structured

  • My programme was very clear and structured and everything completed in the time frame provided

  • My employer was on board with the apprenticeship 100% and gave me lots of support

  • My training provider was brilliant in helping me work towards my qualifications and if I needed and extra support she would arrange an extra tuition lesson

  • I think without the qualification I wouldn't be the person I am today as I have never felt so comfortable and confident in a job
