I was a shift manager this ment running shift, looking after staff and the restaurant
I learned at in the year, as I progressed form a crew member to a manager,I had to learn to lead people
The lifetime program itself was confusing and repetitive but the McDonald's work was interesting and I learned alot
Repetitive and the final assessment period was confused, I almost didn't complete the course as an asesser was hard to find and I had another apprenticeship to start
My employer was very supportive and made sure I was on track
My person was amazing very supportive and helpful
