Customer experience leader role is to support customers with enquires and hospitality service for example table service .
I have developed my communication skills and learnt more about the hospitality industry.
I enjoyed the experience of finding out more about the the industry I work in And how it differs from other hospitality venues .
It was quite structured and gave me an opportunity to physically show my knowledge whilst in my working environment.
On a weekly basis I got a update meeting to proceed on how to support me whilst on the apprenticeship.
I got weekly meetings so I could go though the qualifications with my trainer .
It provides me knowledge of hospitality in my workplace .
Yes I run a football session outside of work for work people and quarterly nights out
