  • My job is to make sure all customers are cared for and have a good experience in our restaurant. This includes solving problems, cleaning, making balloons, and chatting.

  • Yes I have learnt new skills for example dealing with difficult customers and legislation that applies to my job.

  • I enjoyed learning new things that have helped with my customer care.

  • Wasn’t that well organised as I was one of the first people to do my course.

  • I received support from my training managers but not a lot from my store.

  • Lots of support. Always there to answer questions by email.

  • Although I k ew how to do my job I didn’t have any proper knowledge behind what I did and now I do. The qualification helps give my customers the best experience.

  • There are a few that you can get picked for but a lot of them are based around younger members of staff.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • I have always been treated fairly. I have excellent hours and made lots of friends. I enjoy my job and meeting new people. No day is ever the same. I have been treated better here than other places and we get lots of benefits/perks.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to McDonald's?
  • To come into it with an open mind and no preconceptions. Be prepared to work as a team and be proud of what you do.
