So far in our first year, our day to day activities only involve going to stansted airport college to gain the knowledge required for our future career.
I have certainly learnt a lot of knowledge on aircraft in comparison to my knowledge prior to the apprenticeship.
I really enjoy the programme as it is a career I can see myself doing for the rest of my life. I also really get on with the other apprenticeship.
The programme is very well organised.
I receive a lot of support from my employer. They genuinely want us to succeed and do well.
Our training provider also wants us to do well, he works extra hard to ensure we get the results we need.
My qualification will help me perform better in my role as it will give me the required knowledge to perform tasks on aircraft to a sufficient standard.
This summer, we have an apprentice bonding activity where we will partake in many activities to build our team working skills as well as our relationships with the apprentices.
Yes
Because it is a well organised apprenticeship with a very strong business. You also learn very interesting topics and get to meet new people. Above all, I would recommend this to a friend because I genuinely enjoy the apprenticeship.
Work hard throughout the apprenticeship to ensure you are always succeeding and working to the best of your ability.
