  • So far in our first year, our day to day activities only involve going to stansted airport college to gain the knowledge required for our future career.

  • I have certainly learnt a lot of knowledge on aircraft in comparison to my knowledge prior to the apprenticeship.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I really enjoy the programme as it is a career I can see myself doing for the rest of my life. I also really get on with the other apprenticeship.

  • The programme is very well organised.

  • I receive a lot of support from my employer. They genuinely want us to succeed and do well.

  • Our training provider also wants us to do well, he works extra hard to ensure we get the results we need.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • My qualification will help me perform better in my role as it will give me the required knowledge to perform tasks on aircraft to a sufficient standard.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • This summer, we have an apprentice bonding activity where we will partake in many activities to build our team working skills as well as our relationships with the apprentices.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because it is a well organised apprenticeship with a very strong business. You also learn very interesting topics and get to meet new people. Above all, I would recommend this to a friend because I genuinely enjoy the apprenticeship.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to TUI UK & Ireland?
  • Work hard throughout the apprenticeship to ensure you are always succeeding and working to the best of your ability.
