Everyday is different and I love that there is different customers to deal with all the time, I enjoy finding our customers the perfect holiday.
I have recently just began training in the foreign exchange department which means I am constantly learning new skills and the company is developing fast - I enjoy learning new systems and growing with the times.
I do enjoy it - it's not like an average apprenticeship. It really is learning on the job and the support from all my colleagues, my manager and my assessor is amazing. There is always someone to help or point you in the right direction if you are struggling. I also enjoy doing different things daily which is why this is the perfect programme for me.
I think it is extremely well organised - I have a planned half a day training off the rota twice a week which helps me to ensure that all work for my apprenticeship is completed on time. I have training days in Leeds where I am able to speak to other apprentices and speak with my assessor about work and get a head start on any upcoming tasks.
My employer is extremely support I feel like that I have a mass amount of support from my managers, my colleagues and my assessor. I feel like the company does everything possible to ensure that I am successful in this role.
My training provider is extremely helpful - there are organised training days to ensure that work is completed and I am on track with my apprenticeship.
I feel like it takes the stress off and I am able to work through at my own pace - as I am confident that I will complete all tasks in a steady amount of time.
