Currently in a central finance role for a business unit. Day to day tasks are to aid in the completion of financial reporting and support the rest of the management accounting team
Massively improved excel/macro skills. Good experience with SAP Developed team working and other useful business skills throughout training courses during the scheme
Learnt lots and everyone is very helpful in supporting your learning and exams throughout the experience
Left to do exams at own pace with support from a coach. Access to mentors and community of apprentices whilst at Siemens. Lots of training courses and support through programme
As much or as little as you personally need. Very accommodating to different types of people
Periodic calls with a learning coach to track progress through exams and apprenticeship qualifications. Very helpful online resources with range of different learning methods
Qualification material is currently very relevant to role. As my knowledge has increased it has allowed me to perform better whilst getting real experience on the study material
