My role was to observe and assist gaining knowledge and requiring evidence for coursework for the apprenticeship program.
Yes it is a great being part of a team as well as learning and developing new skills in the specific job role
I enjoy the program only downside is the travel when put on courses in Westwood and Sultan in Portsmouth
Not the best organised being told different things by every tutor as well as the organisation of the courses hasn’t been well planned with confusion throughout the programme.
A good amount of support.
Depends who you get some can be great others can be unhelpful and it feels like they want you to fail.
A decent amount depending in what area you are in.

Great opportunity and meeting new people in a job for life hopefully at the end if you work hard.
Do bits of work as you go along don’t leave it all till last minute.
