  • Responsible for monitoring, reviewing and implementing new recruitment processes for my business areas. Everyday interaction with hiring managers offering advice, support and guidance on recruitment

  • I'm very grateful that TUI gave me the opportunity to develop my skill set and gain a HR qualification. I'm really enjoying the programme, I've not only gained new knowledge but also developed new skills and behaviours.

  • Very well, great communication from my L&C coach and CIPD tutor.

  • I've received an excellent level of support from my employer, line manager and L&C coach.

  • Amazing support, they arrange 2 calls per modules, set up a questions unit board and available by email during in working hours.

  • I feel much more knowledgeable and more confident to converse with HR colleagues and stakeholders.

  • Do it. The business has a world of opportunities so take the time to find out about the different roles/functions and really think about what it is you want to do
