Third line support for the NHS voice services, this includes troubleshooting, communicating with customers and solving difficult faults.
Have learnt a range of different skills and improved my communication skills a lot.

Very good support, there's always someone to speak to in regards to queries, and any issues get dealt with promptly.
When working towards my btec qualification the college staff offered enormous amounts of support which was really helpful as some of the topics covered proved to be difficult.
Learnt some key things that I was able to bring back and apply to the things I do day to day.
Amongst my team we regularly have team bonding exercises in which we go out for an activity i.e bowling and then out for a meal after.
