I enjoy my program massively, I would recommend Mace to anyone looking to get into the construction industry.
Very well organised. Tailored training sessions. Line manager always available to help. Tasks given to help complete portfolio and inline with time scales.
I have never had any problems with support with my employer. Line managers, HR, Talent team, older apprentices have always offered help when needed.

there are certain aspects that i can use doing my day to day job.
There are many networking events that are project based and also whole company based too. you get opportunities to meet Group board members which is also great.
