the support I receive from my line manager, HR and everyone in general as been more than I expected.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Not as much as we would like due to it being an online course.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Not much yet as I have not started learning about construction in my degree.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

No. But I would be interested in going to networking events.

9a. Would you recommend Mace to a friend?

Yes

9b. Why?

They look after us apprentices and provide so much support. We also learn a lot on the job whilst gaining a degree. There is also so many apprentices and grads in the office who you build relationships with so there's a social side to working with Mace also.

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Mace?

In the interview be confident - they do not expect you to know loads about construction when you first join so make sure you know about Mace as a business and their core values. Also, get your application in as soon as they open.
