Managing areas of site works with multiple trade contractors and operatives. Driving program, creating and running the process, organizing work and serving as a management role to the workforce on site.

I have learnt untold amounts about multiple aspects of the construction industry, business, management of works, and management of people.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I love my job, I would not change career. My program has given me an amazing platform both in my career and in my personal life. I am grateful to Mace, and feel lucky to be on the path they've put me on.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

We are handed everything we need and more, any problems are dealt with. Support is always there from the Emerging Talent Team.

We're given every tool we need to succeed. It's down to us to use them.

Massive amounts, if we feel we're lacking in areas the Emerging Talent Team will tailor training to help us strengthen ourselves in these areas.

Directed completely at the technical construction details in our day jobs.
