  • As a Trainee Construction Manager a part of my development is I have been given 4 packages/Sub-contactors to manage, as well as monitoring progress of other trades, on site. I carry out site diaries, DABs, and chair safety reviews also. theses are a few of my responsibilities on site.

  • Yes I have. These skills include people and programme management developing as a whole and integrating them into construction delivery. presentation and communication techniques from site operative to directors. Reading and developing construction drawings and then implementing them during practice. managing and organizing works being carried out on site.

  • I very much enjoy my programme, I interact with a range of people building professional relationships furthering my skills.

  • I believe that it is well organized and well delivered to myself and other apprentices. I feel it has a positive impact on my development within the business ad industry.

  • I receive he regular amount, they are large classes/lectures so its tricky for one on one time.
