Survey and inspection including, damp, structural issues, repair and maintenance, feasibility surveys, adaptation works and disrepair surveys. Report writing and schedules of work. Contract management. Raising works orders and managing contractors. Training.
Yes, I have learnt an incredible amount at work and on my course.
I enjoy the work I do as it is varied and challenging. I am learning constantly and my course is aiding my work every day.

The training available and career progression is there if you work hard. The managers are very supportive in giving you the required experience to progress in your career and qualifications.
