I manage teams and produce electrical designs for multi-million pound healthcare construction projects. This involves producing design drawings, specifications and reports for the development of the electrical design on healthcare premises.
Learnt how to use new software such as IES

Room for improvement of the degree apprenticeship but this may be because I was the first year of students being put through it

I have regular reviews with my apprenticeship assessor on a quarterly basis in which we assess my targets for my training and development outside of the workplace e.g my CIBSE IEng qualification.

To be driven and put the work in as the years of training is worth the outcome of the qualifications and experience at the end of the apprenticeship.
