Reporting of data and analysing data/ working with the commercial team closely and also working with planners
I have learnt many new skills as I have learnt the skills needed to function in my day to day job and even have learnt about other skills needed for different roles and also developed existing skills.
I enjoy my programme 100% and wake up motivated everyday.
Emerging Talents at Mace are extremely well organised and always have structured training sessions and site visits set up for apprentices and also have structured communication and deal with any queries quickly and adequately.
I receive lots of support and I am helped whenever I don't know something. My employer always makes me feel comfortable with asking any questions I don't know and make sure I understand and know the task ahead.
My training provider provides much support for myself and other apprentices.
It helps provide the theory and understanding behind the practical at work so it helps me understand the tasks that I do and how to do them or approach them.
There are many clubs and activities to get involved in, with much variety. I personally get involved with Tuesday night football at my site.
