I really the programme that I am part of , this has helped by all employees having a clear understanding and commitment to make sure that apprentices progress as much as possible in the working environment.
My programme is very well organised and structured, this helps everyone that is involved know what is happening and when events come up during the year.

They are a very good company to work for as it is more of a family environment rather than a working environment. Regardless of your grade everyone is treated in the same manner with everyone trying to help other achieve greater success within the business
Make sure that you spend time on your application, this is the point where you can sell yourself to the reader, make your answers engaging. Once you get to the interviews, remain calm, it is very daunting but everyone is human and they have been in the same position before.
