My role consist of being a Junior Designer within Deloitte Digital. This means I support the lead designs within my team and have the opportunity to shadow to learn new skills.
I have learnt skills within the Design field, many of which I had not learnt before. I have also learnt general consulting skills and presentation skills.
Within the programme, I heavily enjoy the programme as I have a lot of support around me which allows me to develop.
The programme is really structured, we always know our college dates in advance and know the remaining days which we go to the office.
Really supportful for both work related and college related. We have a lot of feedback sessions to help us develop and recognise our skills which we can expand upon.
We receive a lot of support from Deloitte, they are always keen for extra sessions to help boost our marks and qualifications.
The qualification helps us learn general business, consulting and digital skills. For my role specifically in design, the qualification is not 100 percent related.
There are a lot of evens available, we always have networking events, usually every couple of weeks. There are charity events available, I recently competed in a netball tournament.

Deloitte has developed my professionalism and my skills in an office. It is surprisingly how much you can learn in such a short period of time.
Just to be honest and be yourself. Make sure you know Deloitte as much as you can to prove you are interested. Show your motivations/strengths and weaknesses.
