As an an Analyst at Deloitte I am part of a project team who help solve Clients complex Technology problems. As a result every day is different. It often involves engaging with Clients and producing Project Deliverables.
Since joining Deloitte I have learnt lots of both technical and soft skills. The hands on experience I have gained working on client projects is invaluable and something you definitely to not get to experience at university. I have also learnt lots during my studies away form the workplace.
So far I have really enjoyed my time on the BrightStart scheme. The work life balance is quite good. There is a really good social life both within the apprenticeship community and on client projects.
The programme is well structured and Deloitte are good at taking on feedback on this topic.
There is a good feedback system, I receive regular feedback sessions with the manager on my project. As well as with my coach and the college / education team.
Regular sessions take place with the College, Deloitte and the apprentice to discuss progress.
The qualification is quite well adapted to help me perform better in my role. However I learn most from the experience I gain on the job.
Yes there are lots of these opportunities.
