  • I have an extremely varied role, working on tech projects with different clients and different technologies. Day-to-day tasks can include, creating proposals to win work, testing technology, running workshops/demos with clients, writing design and user guide documentation, research, and much more.

  • I have improved soft skills like presenting, talking to clients confidently, managing relationships, working in teams,. I have learnt about new technology concepts. I have learnt how tech projects can be run, how to implement technology in large businesses.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme very much, due to the varied work opportunities, social aspects, ability to study as well as work. There is also a great support network in place.

  • There is a clear structure from day 1 to the end of the programme.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • There is a strong support network in Deloitte. New apprentices have an enjoyable and informative induction process and are then given several different support colleagues to help throughout the apprenticeship.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The training provider support is not as mature as the internal Deloitte support but has improved over the course of the apprenticeship.

  • 9b. Why?
  • It is a great alternative to university in which you can get a free degree and be paid whilst a good salary. It is a great entry point into a good career. There is a great culture at Deloittem, focused on diversity and wellbeing.
