I have an extremely varied role, working on tech projects with different clients and different technologies. Day-to-day tasks can include, creating proposals to win work, testing technology, running workshops/demos with clients, writing design and user guide documentation, research, and much more.
I have improved soft skills like presenting, talking to clients confidently, managing relationships, working in teams,. I have learnt about new technology concepts. I have learnt how tech projects can be run, how to implement technology in large businesses.
I enjoy my programme very much, due to the varied work opportunities, social aspects, ability to study as well as work. There is also a great support network in place.
There is a clear structure from day 1 to the end of the programme.
There is a strong support network in Deloitte. New apprentices have an enjoyable and informative induction process and are then given several different support colleagues to help throughout the apprenticeship.
The training provider support is not as mature as the internal Deloitte support but has improved over the course of the apprenticeship.
