I am a duty manager for Premier Inn Bedford Town centre. I am responsible for running the shift and manage the team on daily basis. Finance responsibility and health and safety of the hotel .
I have gained more confidence and develop my costumer service skills . I have learned more about this business and industry, I have improved my management skills .
I have enjoyed my apprientiship, I had very nice and helpful Trainers as Stacey Welch and Mary Ward. My programme was very enjoyable and smooth overall. Very professional and dedicated trainers.
