This programme is a new and exciting role within the healthcare workforce. I enjoy the fact that I get to look after my patients in a more advanced way and be responsible for ensuring that my patients are well looked after holistically.
It started a bit rocky as with anything you do however I have found my pace and structure. The educational institution has been very supportive and organised to a certain extent.
I recieve a lot of support from my employer and always have people in place that I can speak to regarding any concerns that I may have about the programme.
I recieve enough support weekly
Learning the theory aspect of my new role and applying it in practice has definitely been great as it has helped me perform better and gain more confidence each day in practice
Not at the moment but in the nearest future
