I am a Technical Support Analyst who have to support businesses regarding their broadband with Virgin Media. This involves looking at alarm tickets triggered due to issues, logging tickets which have been raised by customers. I have to diagnose issues that are not first-time fixes using various tools.
I have learnt how to use Secure CRT which is a too we use to diagnose MetNets. I have learnt how to use the ticket logging system, I have learnt how to create and update tickets. My verbal skills have improved due to speaking to customers on the phone.
