  • I am a Technical Support Analyst who have to support businesses regarding their broadband with Virgin Media. This involves looking at alarm tickets triggered due to issues, logging tickets which have been raised by customers. I have to diagnose issues that are not first-time fixes using various tools.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • I have learnt how to use Secure CRT which is a too we use to diagnose MetNets. I have learnt how to use the ticket logging system, I have learnt how to create and update tickets. My verbal skills have improved due to speaking to customers on the phone.

  • I enjoy it very much, My job role and the things I am learning fit well together. So far so good.

  • very well structured, well-balanced between my actual job role and the course content.

  • I receive a lot of support from both my employers and the training provider.

  • I play football with my team once a week to make sure everyone gets some exercise.
