I am a second line tech support giving support to Virgin Media's business customers. I do fault finding and ticket logging.
Yes I have gained a lot of knowledge on networking as well as office etiquette. I have developed my communication skills, my time management skills and my teamwork skills.
I enjoy my program, I enjoy coming into work everyday.
I don't think it has been very well organized as I haven't done much actual job work in 5 months.

A lot of support, whenever I have a question or an issue I know I can go to my training provider for help.

It is a great company to work for, the office is a very warm and welcoming environment and all the staff are very friendly.
