to handle calls from customers who are looking to leave Virgin Media or just get a cheaper deal, but may involve the odd billing enquiry
self managment and being more confident in the choices and decisions I make as an advisor, making me more Independent
every aspect, I enjoy working with the people im teamed up with and the job its self as I feel valued and needed.
would be nice to have more time to do my Seetec work e.g. after taking holidays I've missed time off phone for this and not had it rescheduled. but other than that very well structured Iain tries and makes time for us all to provide a excellent level of support.
a good level of support is provided by our employer as their there for help and support if needed
