Good job opportunities and varied tasks given within the Aon graduate scheme.
Yes, but not as a result of the Aon apprenticeship scheme.
The apprenticeship scheme added additional hassle, and was an inefficient use of time.
Poorly. The scheme started late. Our entire cohort, had all of our apprenticeship oyster cards cancelled because of a failure of the training provided passing on our details to TFL
The largest "Support" we received was the mandated 20% off the job learning. This does help studying for exams easy. Although the business is annoyed at this due to apprentices having so much time off.
None really
Yeah it does help understand the basics of the industry. But previously this was being provided without a training provider
Yes but. Getting funding requires a team to allocate some of there budget for the activity. Which depending on what team you are in can be difficult E.g 5 Aside football.
Yes
Because although the apprenticeship provided no real value. The company is on the whole a good company with nice people. Although does have a bit of a reputation for paying below the industry average
Everyone is really friendly. Build a network and don't be afraid to help the company innovative
