Yes, skills in understanding of communication technologies have developed.
I enjoyed the work of my program, however the tranning provider, GKA where poor and made the program unenjoyable at times
Very organised overall, On virgins side of things was very organised and structured. On the side of GKA who provides the training, was at times unstructured and unorganised.
Heavely supported from virgin media, my area manager was supportive through the program.
Very poor support from GKA, had no coach for the last 6 months of my program. No communication as to where I was at with my course work. Went past deadlines for booking assessments in, resulting in the program being 4 months longer than anticapated.
Some of the set work was irrelavent to my day to day job, however gave me a better understanding of communication technologies has a whole.
