I develop software, write automated tests including spec and integration tests. I mentor people on the team as well.
Yes. New skills and new technologies. Also personal and professional skills such as giving feedback.
I really enjoy the program. It allows me to learn at uni, and then use that skills and knowledge in the work place.
Overall it is okay. It could be better organized so units tie into each other more instead of similar topics being staggered out in units.
A lot. My employer gives me 1 day a week to work on my university work, and actively encourages learning.
From the tutors a lot. They are easily accessible via email and are fast with replying. We get given a student liaison officer, but I have never met him in person, and only talked over a conference call, not in person.
it allows me to learn alot in university, then apply it to my role, so when it comes to completing work for my role, I am already knowledgeable in areas, which makes me feel confident.
Yes. I attend events through work which includes hacks and conferences. There is also extra activity events such as pub quizzes, bowling etc organized by the company

They really support my learning, everyone is friendly, and the company overall have a community feel.
