It's very useful to have academic knowledge and be able to apply it at work meaningfully.
It is well organised. Especially, the response to Covid has been effective in keeping the apprentices focused.
Moving from team to team in my current role has hindered the continuity of support I get from Lloyds.
As much as needed, Lloyds has been very accommodating.
